Payment is due upon service completion. Should our Pumper or Driver be required to wait for payment, standing time will be added to your invoice. A $100 fee will be incurred if any of our employees must return to collect payment. A $1,500 late fee will be added if payment is not received by the end of the business day. We prefer cash payments. A 4% surcharge will be applied to credit card transactions. Please ensure that payment is completed in full, as we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the property, property owner and or contractor if payment remains outstanding. The property owner and or contractor will be responsible for any legal fees incurred in such circumstances. Please be advised that in the event of a returned check, you will be liable for any subsequent fees incurred during the payment collection process.

Customers are allotted 4 minutes per yard for pouring. Each additional minute will incur a $2.50 charge. Customers may use up to 200 feet of hose; each additional foot will incur a $2.50 charge.

Please be informed that a $450 cancellation fee will be incurred for all cancellations, including PLUS trucks ordered and unused. It is important to note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you decide not to utilize our services, the deposit will be retained as compensation for our time and travel expenses.

Additionally, ANY leftover materials WILL result in a $DUMPING FEE based on the quantity.

Kindly note that we hold no responsibility for any damages caused by our hoses, trucks, or material. It is the sole responsibility of the owner or contractor to adequately protect any walls, stucco, or private property, including parked cars, from potential dirt or damage during the service.

Furthermore, the owner or contractor is required to provide a wheelbarrow for the disposal of any waste generated at the end of the service and to ensure the cleanup of any leftover debris at the job site.

While we strive to deliver the highest quality of service, please understand that we cannot be held accountable for the PSI, cracking, color, measurements, or quantity of the concrete mix ordered.
